Auto Body Repair in Stratford, ON
Auto body repair focuses on the exterior of your vehicle — dents, scratches, scrapes, and damaged panels that affect how it looks and how the body fits together. Back Corner Studios is a family-owned shop in Stratford that handles cosmetic and exterior body damage with careful, detailed work.
What Auto Body Repair Addresses
Auto body repair covers cosmetic and exterior damage that doesn't always come from a major accident. That includes dents, scratches, scrapes, damaged panels, and minor impact damage. The goal is to restore the exterior so panels line up correctly, surfaces are smooth, and the finish matches the rest of the vehicle.
Common Reasons Customers Come In
- •Parking-lot dents and door dings
- •Scrapes and scratches from contact with objects or other vehicles
- •Damaged panels that need repair or replacement
- •Minor impact damage that affects panel alignment
- •Exterior restoration after weather or road debris damage
Repair or Replace — How We Decide
Whether a panel can be repaired or needs replacement depends on the type and extent of the damage, the panel's location, and whether a repair can be done without compromising fit or finish. We assess each panel individually and explain the reasoning before moving forward.
Our Approach
As a family-owned, locally owned shop with a small team, we take a personal and meticulous approach to every vehicle. We're transparent about what we find and what the repair will involve. Our focus is on doing the work correctly rather than rushing vehicles through the shop.
Glass Repair & Replacement
Glass repair and replacement is available as part of the body work we handle — whether a panel repair needs the glass addressed or you have a standalone glass need. We'll let you know what's involved based on the vehicle and the damage.
When to Bring Your Vehicle In
If your vehicle has visible exterior damage — even something that seems minor — it's worth having it looked at. Small damage can affect panel alignment or expose bare metal over time.
